Who We Are

About the farm

Enno Farm is a small family farm located north of Winston-Salem in Stokes County, North Carolina. Bruce and Angela are professors in Chemistry at Wake Forest University. They have two kids, Dylan (17) who is a senior and will be attending WFU in the fall, and Hannah (15) is a sophomore. Angela is also a member on the NASSA board.

On the farm, we have a breeding flock of show-quality registered Shetland Sheep. We have been breeding for 5 years now and have been learning since the start. Hannah has become involved with the NC Youth Livestock Judging and Skillathon and is very competitive.

We also have a flock of laying hens, 2 guardian llamas and an angora rabbit. In 2014 Hannah received a Leicester Longwool ewe through the Youth Conservationist Program and now maintains a small flock of her own LL ewes.

We also travel around NC showing our sheep. We regularly attend the NC Mountain State Fair and the Southeastern Annual Fiber Fair. In fall 2015 Hannah was awarded Shetland Premier exhibitor in the NC Mountain State Fair wool breeds show.

We love to show off our sheep, so feel free to contact us to come see them! If you have any questions about our breeds, products, or stock for sale, don't hesitate to ask!
